Kristian: Catastrophe Magnet

As if the big old lump on his head isn't enough, Kristian and that same friend of his came across a bee nest today and they were both bombarded by them. Kristian now has at least four or five stings covering his body, including on his face. Kristian's friend's mom brought him home (they live down the street), and they excitedly told us about it. Their final verdict? "Man, that hurt!" accompanied by peals of thrilled laughter. Then they ran off to do more danger-seeking.

Boys will be boys.

I'm starting to be very thankful that we have 2 girls and questioning my husband wanting to adopt a boy next. :)

Hi Susy Q,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I cruised your blog. Your little sis is a DOLL and sorry to hear about your Lake Mich trip. We went there all the time as a kid and camped and I LOVE that place. Hopefully you can get the same place again next year. Good luck with your junior year :)
I have a sister in your grade.

Haha that's hilarious.. and something I can totally imagine Josh and his friend Mattias, who are both 10 doing.. they've known each other since they were born, and whenever they get together, we just know that something bad/crazy/insane/hilarious is going to happen! Yes through L i meant my learner's permit.. I guess things happen way differently here in BC, because I'm going to be getting my Learner's Permit sometime next week, and then have to wait a year and a half (I think.. I'm not sure the exact time), before I go and get my N, which is a New Driver licence. After that its another year before I can get my full licence. Ugh long time to wait! But at least I'll be getting my learners soon, which will let me drive around some! I can't believe I'll be driving!! Its so crazy!

Thanks for the comment! I will probably love university, just have to adjust, which will be a little hard for me. And yes, I will definitely be updating my blog then too. Aside from helping me meet great people online who share my interests, it helps me keep my thoughts organizied and de-stress a bit. I am going into social ork, but my first year workload isn't too heavy at all so I should have lots of spare time.
Have fun starting school! You guys in the States always get out and start earlier than we do!
